We are seeking a hungry and tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing startup. The SDR’s primary responsibility is to set 3-5 new appointments per day with Sales and Marketing leaders. The SDR will use email, phone calls, and social media to contact and cultivate new opportunities. Aktify offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources and leadership to help you be successful.
- Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email and chat to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns, lists, and other sources.
- Conduct high volume prospecting for inbound leads (appx. 40 – 50 calls a day)
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
- Meet or exceed activity metrics for calls, and appointments set
- Attend networking events and conferences to develop contacts in the industry and prospect
- Become an expert in our product and the industries we serve
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
- Effectively overcome objections to set 3-5 appointments per day.
- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
- A passion for sales and a desire for UNCAPPED commissions and earning potential
