They routinely serve as lead counsel before federal and state courts, and represent clients before the Department of Justice, Department of Education, US Attorney’s Offices, Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general. They bring tremendous insight to internal and regulatory investigations, internal audits, and other compliance and governance matters.
Aktify’s legal counsel recommends that you review your opt-in language with your own legal counsel to ensure that it complies with industry regulations. If your company is compliant, Aktify’s outreach efforts will also be compliant.
Aktify represents itself in the messaging and voice calls and mentions that they have been hired to do outreach and follow-up on your behalf, which by extension, gives Aktify permission to contact your prospects. Aktify does not contact your customers or prospects for any other purpose and will not sell or distribute your prospects’ information to other companies.
