Aktify was born from a simple observation: businesses were losing millions in revenue because they couldn't respond to leads fast enough. In industries like home services, insurance, and finance, the difference between winning and losing a customer often comes down to minutes, not hours.
We started in 2017 building AI that could engage leads via SMS within seconds of inquiry. But we quickly learned that engagement wasn't enough — you needed to actually schedule appointments and close deals. So we built that too.
